How delivery works
Trampolines, go-karts and PlayBase frames are held in our own warehouse in Ireland. Models in stock are delivered within 48 hours. If we need to order a model in, delivery typically takes 7 to 10 days, and we will tell you which applies when you order.
A trampoline arrives boxed, for you or your installer to assemble. Above-ground trampolines stand on legs and must be anchored. InGround and FlatGround trampolines need a pit dug before they go in. We don't carry out assembly or groundwork ourselves, but we work with independent installers and can put you in touch with one.
If you would like to see a trampoline before you buy, warehouse visits can be arranged by appointment.

- Models in stock, ordered by Wednesday 16 December, are guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas
- The returns window opens on Christmas Day
- Customer service re-opens on St Stephen's Day
- Models in stock can be collected from the warehouse by appointment until 12 noon on 24 December

How long does delivery take?
Models in stock are delivered within 48 hours. Anything we need to order in typically takes 7 to 10 days.
Do you assemble the trampoline?
We don't assemble trampolines ourselves, but we work with independent installers and can put you in touch with one. Mention it when you order.
Can I collect instead?
Warehouse visits can be arranged by appointment. Call 01 960 1641 to ask about collecting an order.
Can I return a trampoline?
Yes. You have 14 days to return an order. The cost of return delivery is paid by the customer.
